Complete renovation of 6.5 acre site with new underground storm water detention facility, parking lots, site lighting, and landscape package. Building features include masonry and E.I.F.S. exterior finishes, Vista wall curtain wall system, energy efficient HVAC system, high end lighting package, imported porcelain tile floors, and custom millwork throughout.
