PRO Building Systems, Inc. was recently awarded the contracts to build two (2) new childcare facilities. Each project includes Site Development (grading, utilities, paving, sidewalks, landscaping, etc.) and Building Construction (concrete slab on grade, wood framing, pre-engineered wood trusses, brick veneer, architectural fiberglass shingles, etc.). Each facility accommodates Offices, Classrooms, Infirmary, Kitchen and Dining Hall for children from Infant to Toddler to Pre-School to 5-year olds and Kindergarten ages. These two projects are PRO's first for Discovery Point Franchising.

PRO Building Systems, Inc. was recently awarded the contract to build a new, 90,000 sf Toyota Dealership located on 19 acres in Sanford, FL. The Dealership includes new vehicle showroom, sales offices, 16 vehicle service write-up area, 55 bay service dept., 3 detail bays, 4 bay quick lube , automated car wash lane and parts dept. Site grading, site lighting, asphalt paving, utilities and landscaping are also included. This will be PRO's 2nd project for A.I.G, located in Phoenix, AZ, in past 2 years.

Lou Sobh Aviation - Aircraft Storage Hangar and Offices

PRO Building Systems, Inc. recently negotiated the design and construction of a new, 18,000 sf Aircraft Storage Hangar along with a 4,000 sf Office at Briscoe Field in Lawrenceville, GA. The project also includes site grading, asphalt paving, sidewalks, landscaping, 10,000 gallon jet fuel storage tank & dispensing system. This is the 1st hangar done for Mr. Lou Sobh. PRO recently started a new project, Honda of the Avenues in Jacksonville, FL. for Mr. Sobh. PRO completed the Lou Sobh Hummer dealership in the spring of 2005.
