115K renovation of existing warehouse facility and new addition of 139K warehouse with 3 story 30,000 sf corporate office facility. Project highlights include light and heavy demolition of existing structures, asphalt recycling, pre-engineered steel structures (5 total), (2) conventional steel structures, EPDM roofing, metal roofing, EPDM re-roofing, brick veneer, E.I.F.S. veneer with trim, insulated metal wall panels.

This facility was designed for industrial fabrication of  sprinkler pipe.  This  is the corporate headquarters and main storage/distribution center.

The warehouse was designed with interior as well as conventional exterior dock conditions.  The structural system consists entirely of Pre-Engineered steel.
