PRO Building Systems, Inc. was awarded the contract to build this Child Development Center located in the town of Braselton, Georgia. This 10,000 SF new facility sits on 2 acres adjacent to Chateau Elan and features intense site development. The site development includes engineering and construction of a 20 FT tall and 200 FT long modular block retaining wall. The building construction consists of a single story concrete slab on grade, wood framed structure with brick and stacked stone veneer. The project adheres to the Town of Braselton’s stringent design criteria.

This Georgia Department of Labor contract was awarded through a hard bid process proving PRO’s ability to remain competitive on a variety of playing fields. The project features a new warehouse addition and complete re-roof of the existing manufacturing facility located in Griffin, Georgia. This 11,300 SF building addition and 12,000 SF re-roof includes grading and site utilities, asphalt and concrete paving, as well as concrete site retaining walls, foundation and slab, masonry and miscellaneous steel. Interior work includes cabinetry, elevator, fire sprinkler, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.

The contract includes the complete renovation of the Rick Case Audi Building located in Duluth, Georgia. PRO Building Systems, Inc.’s precision in design is reflected in the “Terminal” concept that represents the Audi National Proto-Type standards. Innovative design and construction techniques are evident in the most recent evolution of Audi’s National Prototype. The renovation of the new car showroom, sales office, service center, and parts area was staged and coordinated to maintain full operation during the renovation. This 6,096 SF renovation includes a storefront replacement, metal panels, concrete, tile/hardwood, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, acoustic ceilings and an addition of Customer Write-Up with structural steel, membrane roof and EIFS.
